If I had known this earlier, I would have avoided a ton of mistakes on both white-hat and gray-hat sites. It’s only after learning things the hard way that you get a deeper understanding of how Google works. It’s a shame I couldn’t just pay for this knowledge sooner.
And this goes to show that building websites isn’t inherently unstable. It all comes down to skill and doing things right.
