What site strategy can work right now?
You build an informational site to attract non-converting traffic.
Then, once the informational traffic starts flowing, you start publishing money articles to monetize.
Here’s an example of one of my sites. Launched in July 2020, it stood completely flat with zero movement. Exactly a year passed.
Only after adding 96 info pages in June did traffic start coming in, and top-10 rankings began to appear.
I didn’t really change anything else—no E-A-T stuff or anything like that.
Two weeks after publishing an article, some keywords entered the top 5. Naturally, most articles don’t hit the top right away like that, but when a site has authority, some articles randomly start ranking immediately.
