Basically, use the servers until your current service period expires, but you can’t renew after that. Nothing personal, as they say.
So far, out of all companies, this has been the most unreasonable move.
Let’s clarify once and for all: the fact that I was in a certain location (haven’t been there for 3 years now), worked, and lived there doesn’t mean I am guilty through my actions (working, traveling, living), nor does it add me to any list of culprits responsible for what happened.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply susceptible to propaganda. Guilt can only stem from actions—that’s all. There is no other guilt.
I don’t assume authority I never had and don’t want to have. I don’t attribute power to myself that I never sought.
I’m just a regular guy who doesn’t support this and who fully understands the depth of the mistake. I am truly sorry that all this happened.
Right now I have a clear realization that neither side is acting rationally; both are making reckless moves that are dragging ALL OF US even deeper into a massive mess. Nobody will yield, nobody will admit a mistake, everyone just insists they’re right. This is all leading to catastrophe. Those are my thoughts on the whole situation.
Without dialogue, without talking among all sides, there will be no peace, only further escalation (a total nightmare).
If you disagree, I accept your viewpoint without any problem—everyone is entitled to their opinion. I’ve already talked to many people who feel the same way, and those people are from different countries.
Let’s be more tolerant when communicating with each other, because we are the ones suffering, not the people on TV. They are the ones suffering the least, with millions in their bank accounts.
I’ll handle the server situation somehow. Just another unreasonable move.

UPDATE 28.10 — Issue resolved. Though I had to badger them over the phone to speed up the process.))
