I’m no expert in this strategy, but maybe these guys make enough money that they are willing to constantly churn out new sites and redirect them over and over. Essentially, it’s arbitrage using SEO traffic for a few months before getting dropped again.
Selling something like this is impossible.
Maybe I’m missing something, but I’d still prefer building long-term projects rather than something that lasts just a couple of months.
